ANSWERS 1: Where inside the hotel is the EduCode Convention located? Answer: The EduCode Conference is held in the Orleans Convention Center, located in the south/east area of the second floor. Use the escalator on the south/east area of the Hotel to find the Convention Center meeting rooms. Answer: For the closest parking to EduCode, park in the front lot on the south/east corner of the casino. Parking is available everywhere at the Hotel including a huge 2,600 space, five-story parking garage, located at the rear of the hotel. Return to top 3: How many CEU's will I receive for the classes? Answer: All full day EduCode courses are 0.8 CEU's; all half-day EduCode courses are 0.4 CEU's. All CEU certificates will be distributed at the end of the class. All EduCode courses are accepted by ICC for their required re-certification CEU hours. This includes all courses presented jointly with AACE, IAEI, IAPMO, etc. Return to top 4: Can I switch classes after I pre-register? Answer: Yes. Just contact us before the seminar. If need be, we can change classes on site. We just prefer to do it beforehand. Return to top   5: Can I register for just one (1) half-day class? Answer: Yes, but the one day registration fee will still apply, so please always try to register for two (2) half-day classes on the same day. Return to top 6: Do you take purchase orders? Answer: Yes, but only from governmental agencies, and only for groups of five or more. We do not accept private company purchase orders. Return to top 7: Do you ever cancel a class? Answer: Yes, but very seldom. A class may be canceled when pre-registration for a class is extremely low or if an instructor is unable to make the presentation. Return to top 8: Can I register the same day of the class? Answer: Yes, please go directly to the Registrar's Table located in the EXPO room. You may register on the same day of the class between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM. Late registration fees will apply. Return to top   9: How many classes can I take in one day? Answer: You can only register for one class per day or two (2) half-day classes, on the same day. Return to top 10: What are the hours of the registration? Answer: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 1:00 P.M Return to top   11: What time do the classes start? Answer: The morning half-day and full day classes start at 7:30 A.M. each day. All afternoon half-day classes start at 1:00 PM. Breaks are scheduled by the instructor and are not pre-set. In addition, the lunch breaks are staggered, so as to not inundate the hotel restaurants with a huge group of EduCode attendees.
